IMPORTANT* All new clients must pay by cashiers check or money order NO EXCEPTIONS. Any order over $1000 must be paid by cashiers check or money order.

Bidding Style is Staggered: Each lot will close 15 Seconds after the first lot in the auction consecutively. Lots will begin closing at 7 PM and continue until the final lot has closed. If a bid is placed on a lot during the last minute of bidding, the time will be extended by one minute each time. We recommend being signed into the Auction at least 15 minutes prior to closing, if you wish to bid during auction closing. You may also enter your "Maximum Bid" to have the computer bid on your behalf up to a set amount. Please contact our office at 704-996-4298 for assistance with Online Bidding.

Catalog: Charlotte Premier Estate Auctions Inc has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold 'as-is' and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. All sales are final. Auction Firm Owners and Employees reserve the right to bid in online auctions as .6005 a/b or the NC Auctioneering Board states.BP There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the high bid to determine the selling price. Sales tax of 7.25% will be added to the selling price. Dealers and retailers must fill out the exemption forms in full before the close of auction. Payments: All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Amex, Discover, Visa & MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged at the conclusion of the auction for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Debit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. ALL items must be retrieved during pickup hours or by appointment. If you cannot make it to pickup days DO NOT BID. All scheduled missed appts will be charged a $5 fee.
Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $25 fee imposed. Exemptions: To receive sales tax exemption, dealers and retailers must have filled out and submitted the form NCDOR E-595E before the close of auction. . Unpaid Balances: The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Mecklenburg County.
