NCAL 10032 All we can say is WOW! Charlotte Premier is holding a mixed estate and consignment auction. It will be incredible and a great auction to have just before Christmas. Over 700 lots of everything you can imagine. Please look through the entire auction as it is not in a particular order. We added lots as items came in and we have great stuff right through the end of the auction. Bidding opens December 12th at 7am and will begin closing December 19th at 7pm. Pickups are December 20th and 21st with some flexibility in pickups due to Christmas. Auction Terms & Conditions Pickups are behind our building. We have a convenient loading dock and back door. Our address is 18610 Starcreek Drive, Cornelius NC 28031Auctions are held online and about every two weeks. They always begin closing on Wednesday nights at 7pm Eastern time. Pickups are usually Thursdays and Fridays following the auction. If you need an alternate pickup day you may be subjected to an additional starage fee. Please see "Auction Details' because each Auction is different.IMPORTANT* WE DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS PAID BY CC. To have items shipped you must pay by certified check, money order or personal check.ALL MEASUREMENTS, DESCRIPTIONS AND QUANTITIES ARE APPROXIMATE AND MADE TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE.Bidding Style is Staggered: Each lot will close 15 Seconds after the first lot in the auction consecutively. Lots will begin closing at 7 PM and continue until the final lot has closed. If a bid is placed on a lot during the last minute of bidding, the time will be extended by one minute each time.  We recommend being signed into the Auction at least 15 minutes prior to closing, if you wish to bid during auction closing. Unpaid Balances: The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Mecklenburg County, NC.SHIPPING- We can ship anything that would fit in  priority shipping box. We charge normal priority shippingf rates plus insurance and a $2 /per lot handling fee. For example 2 pieces of jewelry can be put in a small box and will usually ship for about $7-12 + insurance + $4 (handling.).  All items will be insured for the purchase price. Please contact the auction company prior to purchase for general shipping and handling information if you have questions. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. Missing Items: We document the contents of each package. If we have missed an item in your shipment our documentation will show that. Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving the package if you think something is not included. If our documentation shows it was not packed we will forward it immediately at our cost. We are not responsible for boxes opened by anyone other than the owner. Please check the entire box and packaging for contents. The HWS provides various features including internet absentee bidding, internet-only auctions, and webcast auctions.  The HWS is able to changes its appearance to coincide with the website that it is powering. Accordingly, the HWS powers the www.hibid.com website as well as numerous Auction Flex customer websites. This ability to change appearance is a feature of the HWS. Much like internet merchant account providers can host a secure web page for a vendor to easily process payments, the HWS hosts certain portions of the auctioneer's website to easily enable advanced features such as internet bidding.  INTERNET ABSENTEE BIDDING Internet absentee bidding allows you to place a bid for an item in advance of an auction. This allows you to place bids on lots without actually attending the auction. INTERNET-ONLY AUCTIONS Internet only bidding allows you to place a bid for an item prior to the auction lot closing online. In an internet-only auction there is no live auction. WEBCAST AUCTIONS Webcast auctions allow you to bid in real-time against other bidders or place pre-bids prior to a lot going "live".
